Product Description
This product has been mixed with the sample buffer, which contains two electrophoretic indicators, Xylene Cyanol and Bromophenol Blue, and can be used directly in gel electrophoresis. The concentration of the 750 bp band is 150 ng /5 μl, which shows a bright band, and the rest of the bands are 50 ng /5 μl.
