Lysate (for PCR)

This product is a lysate based on the proteinase K lysis method. It rapidly releases DNA from various types of samples, including animal tissues (mouse tail, mouse ear, etc.), plant tissues (tomato, plant leaves, etc.), fungi, and cells. The lysate does not require purification and the supernatant after centrifugation can be used directly for PCR amplification.

*1: This reagent can be stored at room temperature after being removed from -20°C and melted.
*2: The reagent may appear white precipitate at low temperature, before use should be put to room temperature or 37 ℃ heating to make the precipitate dissolved completely.
