Product Description

This product is a reverse transcription kit for synthesizing miRNA first strand cDNA by stem-loop method. Compared with conventional reverse transcription kits, the cDNA obtained by reverse transcription can realize accurate quantification of low abundance miRNAs, and it has the advantages of high reverse transcription efficiency and specificity, and the cDNA obtained by reverse transcription is suitable for chimeric qPCR analysis. This product is suitable for reverse transcription of miRNA samples containing Total RNA or small RNA.

Example 1

The mouse liver Total RNA (1 μg ~ 100 pg, respectively) was used as a template for reverse transcription experiments using this kit, and 2 μl of this cDNA was taken as a template for the cDNA stock solution, and the cDNA stock solution was extracted with SYBR Green.
