Pro Taq DNA polymerase (without glycerol)

This product is based on the principle of LA PCR, and is manufactured using our excellent Accurate Taq The enzyme is enriched with a high-fidelity enzyme with 3’→5’ nucleic acid exonuclease activity (proofreading activity), which is ideal for the amplification of DNA fragments larger than 10 kb with good fidelity. Most PCR products have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors. This product contains no glycerol and can be lyophilized.
