Product Description
This product is made of our superior performance Accurate Taq DNA Polymerase has been enriched with a high-fidelity enzyme to provide partial 3′ → 5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which is ideal for amplification of DNA fragments larger than 10 kb with good fidelity. Most PCR products have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
Product Advantages
①High-fidelity enzyme is added to this product, relative to the Accurate Taq Has higher fidelity. High amplification efficiency and low mismatch rate under normal PCR amplification conditions.
② This product amplifies ~40 kb of DNA fragments using λDNA as a template and ~17.5 kb of DNA fragments using Human genomic DNA as a template.

Example 1

Using λDNA as a template, a 40 kb DNA fragment can be amplified very well.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 2

Human gDNA is used as a template to amplify DNA fragments up to 17.5 kb in length.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 3

pick E. coli Single colonies were added to 20 μl of RNase free water, mixed well, and then 1 μl of the bacterial solution was used as a template to amplify DNA fragments of different lengths.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 4

The cDNA obtained by reverse transcription of Human Total RNA is used as a template to amplify DNA fragments up to 13 kb in length.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 5

The cDNA obtained by reverse transcription of mouse Total RNA is used as a template to amplify DNA fragments up to 12 kb in length.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:

Example 6

Using λDNA as template, different template amounts (5 ng, 1 ng, 100 pg, 10 pg, 1 pg, 100 fg, 10 fg) were added to amplify 2 kb DNA fragments, and the target fragments could be amplified with template amounts as low as 100 fg.

The electrophoresis results are shown below:
