Yeast inorganic pyrophosphatase

This product is purified from recombinant E. coli A strain carrying an inorganic pyrophosphatase gene cloned from Saccharomyces cerevisiae. This inorganic pyrophosphatase catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to produce orthophosphate, P₂O₇^4- + H2O → 2HPO₄^2-This product is mainly used to degrade pyrophosphate, which is a by-product of nucleic acid polymerization reaction system, so as to release the inhibition effect of pyrophosphate on nucleic acid polymerization reaction and improve the product yield.
