RNA Extraction Auxiliary Reagents

This product can be used as a substitute for chloroform in the process of RNA extraction. In the experiment of RNA extraction by phenol-chloroform principle, it can extract phenol from the cleavage system to remove protein and DNA, so as to achieve the purpose of isolation and purification of RNA. The extracted RNA has high yield, good purity, no protein and DNA contamination, and can be directly used in various molecular biology experiments, such as Northern hybridization, mRNA purification, in vitro translation, RT-PCR, library construction, and so on.
