This product is intended to provide a method for DNA bisulfite conversion in DNA methylation studies. In the bisulfite conversion reaction, unmethylated cytosine (C) is converted to uracil (U), and in the downstream PCR reaction, to thymine (T), with a conversion efficiency of up to 99% for unmethylated cytosine to uracil. The product can convert 50 pg-3 μg of DNA samples, and the unique DNA protection agent used in the conversion results in high quality of the converted DNA. The converted DNA samples are then purified on a column to obtain high purity and high yield DNA samples. The transformed DNA can be used directly for PCR, qPCR, and NGS library construction.
