This product removes paraffin wax in an environmentally friendly way and is safe and non-toxic. Total RNA (including mRNA and Small RNA) can be extracted from 3~10 paraffin sections of 5~10 μm thickness, paraffin blocks of less than 30 mg, and formalin-fixed tissue samples of less than 30 mg. An optimized lysis system is used to release Total RNA from paraffin samples, overcoming the inhibitory effect caused by formalin cross-linking. Total RNA extracted with this product is of high purity and stable quality, and can be used for downstream experiments such as RT-qPCR and NGS.

*1: Proteinase K (20 mg / ml), DNase I (RNase free) and 10X DNase I Buffer are packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at -20℃; the rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and should be stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30℃).
*2: Before the first use of Buffer RWA, please add 21 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWA to anhydrous ethanol is 2:3); before the first use of Buffer RWB, please add 63 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWB to anhydrous ethanol is 3:7). After mixing well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
