Product Description
This product does not contain ionic surfactants, and can extract total proteins (including membrane proteins, cytoplasmic proteins, nuclear proteins, etc.) with high activity, good integrity and stable quality. The total protein extracted by this product can be directly used in PAGE, immunoassay (Western blot, RIPA, IP, etc.), protein purification, ELISA and other experiments.
Up to 1 ml of this product can be used from a 100 mg animal tissue sample or 1 x 10 ml of this product.7 Total protein was extracted from a sample of cultured cells.
