Product Description
This product has strong cleavage ability and can obtain total proteins (including membrane proteins, cytoplasmic proteins, nuclear proteins, etc.) with good integrity and stable quality without the need for expensive crushing equipment. The total proteins extracted by this product can be directly used in PAGE, immunoassay (Western blot, RIPA, IP, etc.), protein purification and other experiments.
Up to 1 ml of this product can be used from a 100 mg animal tissue sample or 1 x 10 ml of this product.7 Total protein was extracted from a sample of cultured cells.
