SteadyPure RNA Purification Kit is designed to provide a rapid purification and recovery method for RNA, which can purify and recover in vitro transcription products, enzyme reaction products (e.g. DNase treatment, protease treatment, etc.), RNA labeling products, crude RNA samples, synthetic RNA, etc., and it can effectively remove proteins, buffer salts and other impurities. This product adopts special silica gel column membrane, which also has good adsorption ability for small fragment RNA (such as sgRNA, smRNA, etc.). The RNA recovered by this product has high purity and good integrity, and can be directly used in RT-PCR, RT-qPCR, siRNA transfection, gene editing and other downstream experiments.
