SteadyPure Fecal DNA Extraction Kit can be used to extract DNA from fecal samples smaller than 200 mg. The unique adsorbent can effectively remove inhibitory factors such as bilirubin, bile salts and humic acid in feces, and at the same time, using efficient centrifugal adsorption columns, it can be purified to obtain DNA with good integrity, high purity and stable quality. The extracted DNA can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as PCR, qPCR and NGS sequencing analysis.

*1 Proteinase K (20 mg/ml) and RNase A (10 mg/ml) are packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at -20°C. The rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and should be stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30°C).
*2 Buffer BS-5 Before using for the first time, add 35 ml of isopropyl alcohol (Buffer BS-5 to isopropyl alcohol volume ratio 3:7), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
*3 Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer WB to anhydrous ethanol is 3:7), mix it well, mark the bottle and store it at room temperature.
