This product can be used to extract Small RNA (including miRNA, siRNA, tsRNA and piRNA, etc.) from biological samples such as less than 50 mg of animal tissues (liver, heart, skin, fat, tail, etc.), less than 100 mg of plant tissues, or less than 1 .0E + 07 cultured cells, and can also be used for Total RNA (including Small RNA) extraction. The kit utilizes an improved lysis solution and a special silicon matrix membrane, which provides enhanced lysis capability and a high level of protection against Small RNA ((< 200 nt) adsorption capacity. The purified RNA has high yield and good purity, and can be directly used in various molecular biology experiments, such as Northern hybridization, in vitro translation, RT-qPCR, and library construction.

*1 Buffer RLS for small RNA is packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at 4℃; the rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30℃).
*2 Before using Buffer RWA for small RNA for the first time, please add 21 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWA for small RNA to anhydrous ethanol is 2:3), and before using Buffer RWB for the first time, please add 49 ml of anhydrous ethanol (the volume ratio of Buffer RWB to anhydrous ethanol is 3:7), mix well and store at room temperature. After mixing, label the bottle well and store it at room temperature.
