This product is suitable for use with tissue samples (≤5 mg tissue samples such as micro laser cut samples, puncture samples, etc.) and cellular samples (≤5 x 10) from trace amounts.5 The RNA is extracted from cells as small as 10 cells (e.g., flow-sorted cells) using a unique lysate that enhances selective binding of RNA to the in silico plasma membrane and inactivates RNA catabolizing enzymes, and a Carrier RNA is added to protect the RNA from degradation during the extraction process.
