Product Description

This is a 2X premix kit for qPCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. The reaction solution is very simple to prepare, only need to add primers, templates and RNase free water. This product has optimized the SYBR Green I concentration and PCR reaction system, and added relevant auxiliary proteins, which greatly improves the amplification performance of complex templates (such as GC content greater than 60%), and also has good amplification performance for ordinary GC content templates. Pro Taq HS DNA polymerase system, which can effectively inhibit the amplification of non-specific products and improve the PCR amplification efficiency, can carry out Real Time PCR reaction with high sensitivity, and obtain a good standard curve in a wide quantitative region, so as to accurately quantify and detect the target gene.

*: White or yellowish precipitate may occur when the solution is stored at -20°C. Dissolve on ice or by hand before use and mix upside down until all precipitate disappears. Do not vortex and oscillate.

Example 1

Quantitative fluorescence assay using this product Human WNT5A (The amount of cDNA template added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 100 ng ~ 10 pg. cDNA was synthesized using the cDNA template of our Evo M-MLV Reverse Transcription Premix Kit (with gDNA removal reagent, for qPCR) Ver.2 (Code No. AG11728 ). The results were as follows:

The results are shown above:
① Working curve R2= 0.9990, amplification efficiency 103.21 TP3T.
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, with good linearity in the amplification curve over the range of 100 ng ~ 10 pg cDNA concentration (equivalent to Total RNA amount).
③ The melting curve has a single peak type, no spurious peaks, and strong amplification specificity.

Example 2

Fluorescence quantitative detection of mice using this product GAPDH (The amount of cDNA template added (equivalent to Total RNA) was 10 ng ~ 1 pg. cDNA was synthesized using the Company's Evo M-MLV Reverse transcription premix kit (with gDNA removal reagent, for qPCR) Ver.2 (Code No. AG11728 ). The results were as follows:

The results are shown above:
① Working curve R2= 0.9995, amplification efficiency 93.2% .
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, with good linearity in the amplification curve over the range of 10 ng ~ 1 pg cDNA concentration (equivalent to Total RNA amount).
③ The melting curve has a single peak type, no spurious peaks, and strong amplification specificity.
