Product Description

This product is a special reagent for qPCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. It is a 2X premix type reagent, which is very simple to prepare the reaction solution, and only requires the addition of primer, template, and RNase free water to carry out the qPCR reaction. It is a special reagent for qPCR in SYBR Green Premix. Pro Taq HS qPCR Kit ( Code. AG11701 ) is based on 2X Premix reagent premixed with a high concentration of ROX. The final concentration of ROX in the reaction is 0.4 μM, which is convenient for use without additional addition. In this product, the SYBR Green I concentration and PCR reaction system have been optimized, and the superior reaction performance of the 2X Premix reagent has been adopted. Pro Taq The HS system (mixed with Taq antibody) can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification, improve PCR amplification efficiency, and obtain a good working curve in a wide quantitative region for accurate quantitative detection of target genes.

Example 1

This kit was used for the fluorescence quantitative RT-PCR detection of Mouse GAPDH Gene, the amount of cDNA template added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 5 ng ~ 50 fg. cDNA was synthesized using the Company's Evo M-MLV Reverse transcription premix kit (with gDNA removal reagent, for qPCR) (Code. AG11728).
Quantification instrument used: ABI StepOne Real-Time PCR Systems.The results were as follows:

The results are shown above:
① Working curve R2= 0.999, amplification efficiency 96.01 TP3T.
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, with good linearity in the amplification curve over the range of 5 ng ~ 50 fg cDNA concentration (equivalent to Total RNA amount).
③ The melting curve has a single peak type, no spurious peaks, and strong amplification specificity.

Example 2
