Product Description

This product is a 2X premix for qPCR using SYBR Green I chimeric fluorescence method. The reaction solution is very simple to prepare, only need to add primers, templates and RNase free water to carry out the qPCR reaction, which is easy to use. This product is based on SYBR Green Premix Pro Taq HS qPCR Kit II (Code. AG11702) is based on 2X Premix reagent premixed with a high concentration of ROX, which is convenient to use without the need to add additional ROX (the final concentration of ROX in the reaction is 0.4 μM).
In this product, the SYBR Green I concentration and PCR reaction system were optimized, and the superior performance of the reaction system was adopted. Pro Taq The HS system is a mixture of monoclonal antibodies that can inhibit Taq enzyme activity at room temperature, which can effectively inhibit non-specific amplification and improve PCR amplification efficiency, and at the same time, can obtain a good working curve in a wide quantitative region and accurately quantify the target gene.

Example 1

Quantitative fluorescence assay using this kit Mouse GAPDH Gene (GC content 56%), and the amount of cDNA template added (equivalent to the amount of Total RNA) was 10 ng ~ 100 fg. cDNA was synthesized using the Company's Evo M-MLV Reverse Transcription Premix Kit (contains gDNA removal reagents for qPCR) (Code. AG11728).
Quantification instrument used: Bio-Rad CFX96TM Real-Time PCR Detection Systems (no ROX calibration required).
The results are as follows:

The results are shown above:
① Working curve R2= 0.9992, amplification efficiency 93.51 TP3T.
② Accurate quantification can be performed over a wide template range, and the amplification curve shows good linearity over the range of 10 ng ~ 100 fg cDNA concentration (equivalent to Total RNA amount).
③ The melting curve has a single peak type, no spurious peaks, and strong amplification specificity.

Example 2
