Product Description
This product is a Tn5 transposon embedded with a Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) junction for rapid DNA library construction. This product uses a mutant form of wild-type Tn5 transposase to efficiently and randomly shear DNA fragments and add the Next Generation Sequencing junction at both ends. It enables the preparation of DNA sequencing libraries for the illumina platform.
