This product provides a simple, fast and efficient method to concentrate virus. There is no need for ultracentrifugation, just mix the virus supernatant with this product in a certain ratio and place it, use standard centrifuge to remove the supernatant by centrifugation, resuspend the precipitation, then you can get a high concentration of virus liquid, the concentration can be more than 100 times, which can be used for small amount of experimental sample processing or large-scale virus preparation. This kit can concentrate retroviruses, lentiviruses, adenoviruses and other viruses, and the concentrated viruses can be used for infection experiments, DNA or RNA purification.
