SteadyPure RNA Extraction Kit

This product will RNAex A combination of column and membrane purification methods enables rapid extraction of total RNA from samples such as ≤2.0E+07 cultured cells and ≤100 mg of tissue. RNAex After cleavage, it can be mixed with ethanol directly without chloroform extraction (method without chloroform extraction); or it can be extracted with chloroform (or RNA extraction auxiliary reagent Code No. AG21303), and then centrifuged and the supernatant mixed with ethanol (method with chloroform extraction). After centrifugation, the supernatant was mixed with ethanol (chloroform extraction method), and then the mixture with ethanol was transferred to RNA Mini Column for further purification of RNA, and the impurities and salts were removed by washing solution, and finally eluted with RNase Free Water to obtain high purity of RNA. The purified Total RNA can be directly used for RTqPCR, RT-PCR, Northern hybridization, mRNA purification, second generation sequencing and other molecular biology experiments.

*1:AG RNAex Pro Reagent is packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at 4℃ under light protection, “RNAex” in this manual also refers to this component; the other components are packaged in Package 2-2 and should be stored at room temperature (15 ~ 30℃).
*2: Before using Buffer RW2 for the first time, please add 63 ml of 100% ethanol (Buffer RW2 to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio of 3:7), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
*3: It is recommended to store at -20°C after opening.
*4: This component is only used for elution of RNA, the centrifuge tube used for pre-lysis should be prepared by yourself.
