SteadyPure The DNA Gel Recovery Kit is designed to provide customers with a fast, simple, and cost-effective method of purifying DNA fragments from gels. The DNA purified using this kit is dissolved in water or Tris buffer and can be used directly for gene cloning, transformation, DNA sequence analysis, in vitro transcription, restriction enzyme digestion, and a variety of other enzymatic reactions.

* Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 315 ml of 100% ethanol (Buffer WB to anhydrous ethanol 3:7 by volume), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
Storage temperature: room temperature (15 - 25℃). (At lower temperatures, Buffer MB may precipitate. Before use, heat at 37°C until the precipitate disappears and then use.)
