Product Description
Protease K, isolated from Tritirachium album, is a non-specific serine protease with strong proteolytic activity. It is stable in a wide range of environments: pH, buffers, detergents (e.g. SDS), temperature, etc. It can be used in DNA and RNA extraction and purification processes. It can be used for protein hydrolytic inactivation of nucleases during DNA and RNA extraction and purification.
