Product Description

This product is ApexHF HS DNA Polymerase CL is a ready-to-use 2-fold PCR reaction premix. The product contains the necessary coloring reagents for electrophoresis, and the solution is purple-red in color. For PCR reaction, only the template, primers and water are added to the premix for amplification, and agarose gel electrophoresis can be performed directly after the reaction is completed. This premix solution is easy to operate, can minimize human error, and the results can be obtained in a short period of time. The product has good adaptability to simple or complex templates, short fragments or long fragments PCR amplification, especially suitable for long fragments PCR amplification, at the same time, it can effectively amplify templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting volume. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA polymerase at room temperature has been added to this product, which enables Hot Start PCR and effectively inhibits the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.

Example 1

Using Human gDNA as a template, the kit amplifies DNA fragments of different lengths, and is capable of amplifying DNA fragments of up to 32 kb.
