This product is designed to provide customers with a rapid and simple method for the recovery of micro DNA fragments from both PCR products and other enzymatic reactions, as well as from agarose gels.
This product uses a micro-purification column with a minimum elution volume as low as 10 μl and a binding capacity of up to 12 μg. If the concentration of the sample is low or the sample volume is small, the use of our products is recommended. SteadyPure PCR reaction solution purification kit (Code. AG21003) or SteadyPure When the DNA Gel Recovery Kit (Code. AG21005) fails to give good purification results, this product can be selected for DNA fragment recovery.
DNA fragments recovered with this product are dissolved in Elution Buffer or sterilized water and can be used directly for subsequent gene cloning, DNA sequence analysis, in vitro transcription, restriction digests, and various other enzymatic reactions.

* At lower temperatures, Buffer MB may precipitate. Before use, heat at 37°C until the precipitate disappears, then use.
* Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of anhydrous ethanol (Buffer WB to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio of 3 : 7), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
