Product Description
This is a kit for the specific capture of messenger RNA (mRNA) using magnetic beads coupled to Oligo (dT). It is based on the annealing of Oligo (dT) on the surface of the magnetic beads with Ploy A at the end of the mRNA tail to form a hybrid, followed by washing to remove impurities, and then final analysis with the Mag Elution Buffer or RNase Free Water can be used to obtain purified mRNA. mRNA can be isolated and purified from 1~50 μg of total RNA from animal tissues, plant tissues, cells and other biological samples with high yield and high purity, and the residual rate of ribosomal RNA is low. The mRNA purified by this product can be directly used in molecular biology experiments such as library construction, NGS, microarray, RT-PCR, gene expression analysis and so on.

*2:MagPure Oligo (dT) Beads should be vortexed and shaken before each pickup to fully suspend them, otherwise inconsistent pickup or incomplete exposure of Oligo (dT) coupled to the beads may result, affecting the ability of the beads to bind mRNA.
