Accurate Taq HS DNA Polymerase (without 5’→3′ exonuclease activity) is a modified DNA polymerase based on Taq DNA Polymerase, which lacks the 5’→3’ exonuclease activity of wild-type Taq, and is paired with an optimized reaction buffer for strong amplification performance. With the optimized reaction buffer, it has strong amplification performance and can effectively amplify templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting amount. In addition, a monoclonal antibody that inhibits the activity of DNA Polymerase at room temperature has been added to the product, which can be used for Hot Start PCR to effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimers and non-specific amplification.
1. The polymerase of this product lacks 5’→3’ nucleic acid exonuclease activity and is characterized by high sensitivity, high amplification efficiency and high specificity.
2. Monoclonal antibody that can inhibit polymerase activity is added to this product, which can carry out hot start reaction and can effectively inhibit the formation of primer dimer and non-specific amplification.
3. This product is suitable for a variety of templates: λDNA as a template to amplify DNA fragments of ~10 kb, and Human gDNA as a template to amplify DNA fragments of ~4kb.
4. The reaction system of this product has been optimized for effective amplification of templates with high GC content, high AT content and low starting amount.
5. This product can be used for multiplex PCR.
6. This product is suitable for SNP genotyping related experiments.
