Product Description
This product is a mutant form of wild-type Tn5 transposase that efficiently randomly inserts Tn5 transposons into target sequences. It specifically recognizes DNA fragments containing Mosaic End sequence (ME) at both ends (including primers containing ME sequence), and ultimately assembles to form a Tn5 Transposome, which randomly binds to and cleaves the target DNA and inserts the DNA fragments it carries.Tn5 Transposome is widely used for in vitro transgenesis (exogenous gene). Tn5 transposase is widely used in the fields of in vitro transgenesis (integration of exogenous genes into host cells) and Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) library construction.
