2X Accurate Taq Premix (with dyes)

This is a ready-to-use Taq Enzyme PCR reaction premix at 2x concentration. To perform the PCR reaction, simply add template and primers to the premix for amplification. The product also contains coloring reagents (blue and yellow pigments) for electrophoresis testing, so that the reaction solution can be directly subjected to gel electrophoresis after the PCR reaction is completed, and the reaction solution will appear in bright green color. This premixed solution is easy to use, minimizes human error and provides results in a short period of time. The PCR product has an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
