2X Accurate Taq HS PCR Premix

This product is ready-to-use Accurate Taq HS enzyme PCR reaction 2x premix. For the PCR reaction, only the template and primers are added to the premix for amplification. This premix is easy to use, minimizes human error, and provides results in a short period of time. The Accurate Taq The Taq monoclonal antibody is added to the enzyme system to enable Hot Start PCR, where it binds to and inhibits the Taq enzyme prior to the start of the reaction, thus inhibiting non-specific primer annealing at low temperatures or non-specific amplification due to primer dimerization. The antibody is inactivated during the initial DNA denaturation step at the start of the PCR reaction and can therefore be used under normal PCR reaction conditions. The PCR product obtained with this product has an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
