Product Description
This is a 10X Loading Buffer for gel electrophoresis that contains a dye (Bromophenol Blue) to indicate the degree of electrophoresis, and glycerol to increase the density of the sample, allowing it to settle to the bottom of the spotting wells and preventing it from drifting out of the wells.
