Product Description
This product is a Whole Genome Amplification (WGA) kit specially developed for micro samples such as 1~10 Cells or 15 pg~100 pg genomic DNA. The optimized enzyme and buffer system can complete the steps of cell lysis, pre-amplification and amplification within 3 hours, and obtain microgram amplification products. The product is easy to operate, and the amplified products have good homogeneity and high reproducibility, which can be widely used in whole genome sequencing, exon sequencing, copy number variation (CNV) analysis, single nucleotide variation (SNV) analysis, qPCR analysis, gene microarray analysis, and pre-implantation genetic screening (PGS) applications.

Example 1

The product was used to amplify HL60 Cell Genomic DNA (100 pg, 60 pg, 15 pg) and HL60 Cell (10 Cells and 1 Cell) as templates. The electrophoresis results of the amplified products are as follows:

Example 2

100 pg of human standard gDNA (chromosome 18 deletion and trisomy 21) was amplified using this product with the AccuNext The results of the scatter plot showed that the reads were uniformly distributed in all parts of the genome, and the SD value was lower than 3.5, which indicated that the amplification uniformity of this product was good.
