Product Description
This product is a universal incomplete junction, also known as a short junction, for DNA library construction for illumina high-throughput sequencing platforms, and is compatible with a variety of TA-conjugated library construction kits.
The DNA fragments (DNA fragments with end repair, phosphate group at the 5’ end and dA tail at the 3’ end) are attached to the DNA fragments by TA-joining, then amplified by PCR using primers complementary to the short junctions, and the complete library structure is formed and then sequenced on board. DNA library products are available in AccuNext DNA Library Prep Kit for Illumina (Code No. AG12535 / AG12536) or other equivalent; PCR amplification primers complementary to the short junction can be used. AccuNext CDI Oligos for DNA Library Kit ( Illumina) (Code No. AG12529 / AG12530 / AG12531) or other equivalent products.
