Product Description
This product is a PCR reaction system carefully optimized by applying the principle of LA PCR, and is manufactured with our superior performance PCR system. Accurate Taq The addition of high-fidelity enzymes to the enzyme results in partial 3′-5′ Exonuclease activity (Proof reading activity), which is ideal for PCR amplification of long DNA fragments with good fidelity. Most of the PCR products obtained with this product have an A base at the 3’ end and can be cloned directly into T vectors.
