SteadyPure The Plant Genomic DNA Extraction Kit (CTAB Method) is designed to provide customers with a fast, simple, cost-effective, high-yield, high-quality method for the preparation of genomic DNA from plant samples, which is particularly suitable for the extraction of genomic DNA from complex plant genomes. It combines the classical CTAB method with silica gel column purification technology to extract high quality genomic DNA from less than 100 mg of fresh or frozen plant samples, as well as less than 30 mg of dried plant samples, which can be dissolved in water or Tris buffer and used directly for PCR amplification and DNA sequence analysis.
