SteadyPure The Plasmid DNA Extraction Kit is designed to provide customers with a fast, simple and cost-effective method of preparing small amounts of plasmid. The kit uses an optimized SDS-alkaline lysis method to lyse cells and a highly efficient centrifugal adsorption column to obtain high-quality, high-purity plasmid DNA, which can be directly used for subsequent transformation, DNA sequence analysis, in vitro transcription, restriction enzyme digestion, and a variety of other enzymatic reactions.

*1 component RNase A is packaged in Package 2-1 and should be stored at -20℃; the rest of the components are packaged in Package 2-2 and stored at room temperature (15 - 25℃).
*2 Before the first use of Buffer RS, mix RNase A into Buffer RS (RNase A to Buffer RS volume ratio 1:100), mix evenly and label the bottle. Buffer RS with RNase A should be stored at 2-8°C for 6 months.
*3 Before using Buffer WB for the first time, please add 63 ml of anhydrous ethanol (Buffer WB to anhydrous ethanol volume ratio of 3:7), mix well, mark the bottle and store at room temperature.
