T4 DNA ligase

This product is a recombinant protein obtained by constructing phage T4 DNA Ligase gene into plasmid and expressing and purifying it in E.coli.
This product has been shown to be effective in the presence of the cofactors Mg²⁺ This product catalyzes the formation of phosphodiester bonds between 5’phosphate and 3’hydroxyl termini on adjacent DNA strands when energized by ATP and ATP. At the same time, it can also catalyze the joining of DNA between flat ends and sticky ends.
