AccuNext One-Step DNA Library Preparation Kit (Illumina)

This product is a fragmentation enzyme DNA library construction kit developed for illumina's high-throughput sequencing platform, which can prepare 100 pg ~ 1 μg double-stranded DNA samples into sequencing libraries. The product is easy to use and improves the traditional DNA library construction method by combining DNA fragmentation, end repair and dA tailing into one step, so that the product does not need to be purified and can be directly ligated; then, after the steps of ligation product purification, library amplification and library purification, DNA libraries can be obtained that are suitable for sequencing on the illumina platform.
This product should be used for library construction with illumina sequencing connectors and primers for PCR amplification [e.g., can be used with AccuNext Short Adapter for DNA Library Kit ( Illumina ) (Code No. AG12537 / AG12538) and AccuNext CDI Oligos for DNA Library Kit ( Illumina ) (Code No. AG12529 / AG12530 / AG12531)].
The reaction system of this product has been carefully optimized, all reagents in the experiment should be used as provided in this product, it is not recommended to change the dosage and concentration of any reaction components or replace the components in this product with other equivalent products, in order to avoid obtaining bad experimental results. If replacement is needed, please verify it first.

The DNA library was prepared with 100 pg of HL60 Cell gDNA as template using this product. 19 cycles were used for PCR amplification, and after PCR amplification, the DNA library was purified using 1.0X magnetic beads, and then detected using Agilent 2100 Bioanalyzer. The results are shown in Figure 3 below:
